Homeopathy treats the whole person, emotional and
physical. It is a very good therapy for all sorts of emotional problems, such as
anxiety, depression, grief, to name a few.
The remedies can be taken on their own or alongside conventional medicine. The
homeopathic remedies work deep within the system to balance the person’s
emotional being. The homeopathic consultation usually takes about an hour and
this can be a very positive space for people to talk about their problems and
the stresses of life.
As well as homeopathic treatment I also advise people about diet and exercise
and ways of relaxing such as deep breathing. Even little changes in lifestyle
and approach can make a huge difference to people’s emotional health.
I use a technique called Focusing, which enables a person to access their sub
conscious in a healthy way. It helps people to find their inner strength and
capacity to heal themselves, and this is very important particularly to those
who feel they are no longer in control of their lives.
